Our philosophical approach to litigation is to use in-depth and appropriate data to understand the best way to present and successfully resolve a civil case. IDR was founded with the primary objective of providing all customers with access to the various tools and methodologies on a cost-effective fee basis. Our small corporate structure allows us to provide an innovative fee structure.
PRINCIPALS
The principals at IDR are committed to providing various consulting and research services as directed toward civil juries both on the plaintiff and defense sides. We have vast experience in large and medium civil trials going back 20 years. Although IDR was recently established, the principals all have a wealth of experience, not only analyzing civil litigation, but in interpreting the best approach towards successful litigation from the beginning - motion practice, discovery & mediation - right up and through trial. Further, they are mindful of the potential for a reasonable settlement at any stage of the case.

The principals at IDR combine an in-depth background in dispute resolution as well as psychological and behavioral sciences, the ability to interpret how a jury may lean, and vast experience as litigation attorneys.

Development Research
In-Person
Often referred to as a mock trial, theme development research provides surrogate jurors with truncated plaintiff and defense arguments, including presentation of exhibits, other visual aids and videotaped testimony of key witnesses, typically in a modern research facility with a presentation setting in the venue at issue. Jurors are then charged with jury instructions, and thereafter will deliberate and reach a verdict (and possibly a damage award).

Online jury research allows jurors to watch pre-recorded videos of plaintiff and defense presentations on an individual basis, then brings them together for a group online deliberation session.
